Founder
Laxmi is the Founder and President of OPERAScale.
While leading multiple business cases as a management consultant, she recognized that team members were hired to handle different aspects of the decision but there was no system or framework to tie the information together. These essential components are what forms the basis of OPERA and what leaders really need is an effective mechanism to gather information in a directed fashion to make complete decisions.
She has led high-profile business cases across different industries and served as EVP for an emerging traffic management AI IOT startup. She has created business plans which placed companies at the center stage of their markets.
Based out of Sacramento, she enjoys being close to the Bay Area and to feel the aliveness of the innovation in the spirit of Silicon Valley.
